Which CSS, HTML framework to choose for a business card website
Hello, what css and html frameworks would you recommend for a business card website?
Of the CSS frameworks, I singled out the most extensive ones, i.e. JQuery (I am familiar with it, but more often I had to work with portals than with business cards, but isn’t it cumbersome for a business card?) and Bootstrap.
What other options are there, and what would you recommend to use (including HTML frameworks)?

If you want without js, try purecss.io
Developed by Yahoo.
Fully yearly.
I would advise you to write a solution for Zend, Yii, Symfony + add Less, Saas, Mootols, Prototype, angular to them. Required to use HTML6 and CSS4. Of course, this is only a small part for a business card site, but enough for the first time.
Once you know bootstrap, then use it, on the official website you can customize it and include only the necessary components in the assembly.
Usually one grid is enough. There are many, google css grid.
Bootstrap can be used in chunks, it has a grid, of course, if you are used to it, then you can use it.
skeljs.org
but it uses jq
Cumbersome? Well, on the other hand - this is a business card) There is an emphasis on design, an extra second when loading - they will suffer, the main thing is that it should be beautiful, informative. Agree, if in a large site you can appreciate a convenient menu, navigation, sequence, etc., then you simply will not see all this on a business card.
No.
Better spend on design.
Well, if you still decide to take purecss
