Which cross-platform note-taking planner should you choose?

Good afternoon. Advise a cross-platform scheduler with a note storage system?
I work in technical support, in addition to this, I have many more duties, in particular, I write documentation.
You need an all in one app.
Thank you.

From cross-platform, I used Trello and Evernote. Over time, only the last one remained - it's all in one: reminders, notebooks, notes, web clips, hyperlinks, chat. Trello did not suit me because I have incoming information - these are mostly notes of different sizes. And it is more suitable for tracking tasks and lists.
Both are available as native applications for MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android (maybe for Windows Phone), and in web form.
I have some experience with Wunderlist. But this is purely a task tracker. Not suitable for notes.
