Which CRM to choose for developers?

Good evening, please help.
We tried Redmine, but it didn't work, we need something simpler. Is there a CRM, preferably free, for 2-3 people, with the following parameters:
- view active tasks, to whom the task is assigned
- the ability to leave notes
- access rights
- integration with GIT (most important), so that you can view commits directly from CRM
Functionality is the most it should be simple, you don’t need a cannon to kill sparrows. Does anyone know of a similar system?

In general, I had to stop at a clumsy implementation of the form: wonderlist + gitlab. If you find something light and functional, let me know. All you need is a task manager and a view of commits.

Github and use Github issues in it. To set access rights, you need an organization in Github.
