Which crm to choose for accepting applications from the calculator?

Good afternoon.
There is a calculator written in js with sending to the mail, the manager wants all applications from it to be saved and managers to have access to their applications. I thought about it and decided that it makes no sense to write under crm from scratch, but it’s easier to take a ready-made one and adapt it to your needs.
Which crm to choose so that it would be possible to take applications from employees' mail and enter them into crm.
I myself look towards sutecrm and vtiger.
Not with one and the other did not work.

There are a bunch of CRMs with direct integration on the site so
an extra and unnecessary step between the site and crm.
Some do not even need to be integrated, just put the JS code, everything from the form will go directly to CRM. Maybe there are others with this function, I do not know.

Quite quickly and easily, you can integrate any forms from the site with CRM.WG. This is a free CRM, but technical support is adequate, helpful and responds quite quickly.
