Which CRM system to choose for a small retail store (instagram account)?

Greetings.
The girl has a retail business, all sales are currently conducted through an instagram account. Messages and applications are received both inside instagram and on whatsapp.
I thought that I need to optimize all the steps from the first message to the sale, because. it happens that a client can get lost among two messengers and a large number of dialogs, and Excel is not always convenient and yet it is not suitable for such purposes.

From the functionality:

vTiger, sugarCRM are some of the best.
But for a girl and an instagram - I would create a competent Excel book with all the scripts.
