Which country has ATMs with dollars?

Good afternoon.
I would like to ask in which country, on the territory of the CIS, is it possible to withdraw dollars from ATMs?
I heard that it is possible in berasia and in youth, but the information is not verified, so I decided to ask. Maybe someone knows?

In Ukraine, they definitely were. There seems to be one in Belarus too, but I haven't personally checked it.

What kind of nonsense? There is no such thing in Belarus - 100%.

One or two years ago in Belarus it was possible to withdraw dollars from an ATM without any problems. Even in my small town (200 thousand people) there were several, or even five, such ATMs. I don't remember exactly, but "Trustbank" or "Belinvestbank". We worked with cards issued in the USA.
Unfortunately, there is no information up to date.

In Russia, though at an unpredictable rate.
In Belarus, before the collapse of the Russian ruble. Now covered. The currency situation will settle down - I think they will start again. Belarusbank (an analogue of Sberbank of Russia) gave dollars on any cards, including local salary cards. Priorbank (son of Raiffeisenbank) gave the Euro.
