Any "corporate" mail located outside the "corporation" bears the following risks:
- The office that actually owns the mail can, at any time and without any explanation, select, delete, transfer this mail to anyone else. Google is especially distinguished by this, which considers that it is special and no one orders it
- About reading mail by servers that store them, probably now only a complete sloup does not know
. political motives. Yes, we ourselves can be far from politics - but how far is politics from us when it begins to row everyone, without disassembling, only by the fact of belonging?

Wherever I worked, and there was corporate mail, there was always a Microsoft exchange, I don’t know the reasons, just statistics

I would not advise Yandex, it lags very often, although if you use only the browser, it will not be so noticeable.
Now, for example, Thunderbird lags terribly with the Yandex imap box, it works fine through the browser, except for the fact that the newly created filters do not work.

If automatic sending of any information from the site is required (event letters, orders, etc.), there is a big chance to get a problem when using the corp. mail data services.
Just for corporate correspondence, Mail.ru, Yandex.ru are quite suitable. To send from the site, it is better to use corporate mail on your server.
