Which constructor to choose to create a telegram bot?

Hey!
Since I don't know programming (except C and VBA), I'm looking for a constructor to create Telegram bots.
First of all, free or not very expensive offers are considered: the volume of activities is small. The bot is interesting primarily to automate the routine, to learn something new.
The tasks that I set for the bot are simple:

  • Answers to standard questions and answers, with the ability for the user to ask a question or write his wishes. Everyone can do this.
  • Show photo or location when menu item is selected
  • Accept values from the user to calculate the sum using the formula. How to implement this item? Do I need a database for this? Website? Server? I do not understand how the calculations will be made.

If you have already encountered bots and constructors, then advise which constructor to choose.

I usually use BotTap - if the customer is satisfied, I leave it, if not, then I write a custom solution. in general, it is convenient and there are many ready-made solutions for customers.

I use puzzlebot.top like it because it is intuitive. Plus, he can also moderate channels and groups, as well as make unlimited mailings. The service is free.
It is not yet possible to make calculations using formulas, but the developers promised to add

I will answer only the part of the question that does not concern the constructor, because I’m not ready to answer for designers (I haven’t met).
According to the normal scheme, to create a bot, you need, roughly speaking, a "site" on the server, accessible via the HTTPS protocol, on which there will be at least a single "webhook" script that responds to requests from the Telegram server that transmit commands received from visitors .
To calculate a value using a formula, in principle, a database is not required. To show a photo on command (=choose a menu item), a database is also not required.
But it is convenient to store the settings associated with the visitor's Chat ID in the database, so the database is still needed for good. But this is far from the topic of "constructors" of bots...
