The laptop will be expensive.
In general, tasks on a PC in terms of complexity are
1) in the first place are 3d video modeling and VFX effects in video (including 3d modeling)
2) 3d static modeling, video editors
3) photography, design
The more difficult the work, the better you need a laptop. Now the main video / 3d / photo editors make calculations on video cards. Offhand, you need in the laptop:
16+ RAM
256+ ssd
i5 8th generation
gtx1060 +
Offhand - Mi Gaming Laptop

You can start with anyone.
Once your scenes start rendering at 10-15fps in edit mode, it's time to upgrade. For rendering, by the way, it is not at all necessary to buy something home - you can use render farms, which, by the way, are very cheap. Especially during the learning phase.
And if you are definitely ripe for buying a car, initially decide on a 3D editor. They have different renderers that work completely differently with one or another hardware.
Based on this, see the current tests on CPU and GPU rendering. Buy based on results. It makes no sense to buy an abstract video card or a CPU - you need to look at them in each specific editor / renderer.

I am very pleased with the laptop from MSI. bought even before the collapse of the ruble for 45k. The good news is that their processors are not stripped down. Now these will cost under a hundred. But nothing inferior to the average computers. Thanks to the resolution of 1366, everything was drawn at high.
