Which combination of hosting panels + billing should be used?

Hello.
There are a couple of dozen clients for whom I made websites. Sites all work on my server. I want to automate the process of paying for hosting for my clients, something like a mini host. Sites both in php and python, what would you advise which combination of hosting panel and billing for php and panel + billing for python should be used?

Billmanager , if there is some custom panel on the server. There's even no need to bother with plugins. Integration with shell scripts works great.

ispcofngi3 + billing module, the latter is paid but something like 20$

and this piece of Ajenti will be suitable for python? In this case, what kind of billing can be attached to it, and is it possible to create tariff plans?
