Which code editor to choose for PHP, JS, Html, CSS?

Good day!
Please tell me, a code editor with syntax highlighting, a beautiful interface and support for interface customization (Themes, maybe something else). With the ability to expand functionality through plugins. I myself use Note pad ++, but I’m very tired, I don’t like the look (excuse me for being such a “connoisseur of beauty”), I personally don’t feel comfortable. Please note that I am a newbie. Thank you for your attention! I really hope for your honesty and adequacy!))

PHPStorm
PS Yes, yes, this is not an editor, but there is also an IDE tag in the topic ... And then after the storm, I can’t imagine what it’s like to code in the editor ... Horror

Of the free ones, in my opinion the best one is Visual Studio Code , from Microsoft.
There dofiga and more plugins. And a lot of options to change the editor for yourself.
