Which CMS with a balance in your personal account is better to buy (Diafan CMS vs. CMS Netcat)?

Good time of the day! For a month now I have been looking for an adequate CMS with an account in my personal account and stopped between the choice of Diafan CMS (7000 rubles) and CMS Netcat Business (9900 rubles). I read about both, looked at Netcat from the inside of the admin panel, it’s a little confusing, but I’m pleased with the simple way to create my frontend, and I understand that there will be no implementation problems with Angular. It never came to Diafan, but from the reviews I see that everything is also simple, but for me the ability to add payment using IntellectMoney turned out to be a big plus. The only thing that both of them need is to finalize their personal account for themselves (ajax ticket and all sorts of little things). So, in your opinion, is it worth buying any of them?
Is it possible that it would be better and cheaper to order a self-written engine to a freelancer, and modify it yourself? (If anyone knows the approximate price, then I would be glad to know)

it will be cheaper to order a self-written engine for a freelancer - no, you don’t need to do this. Look for the most similar solution.
