Which CMS to choose for creating and editing a landing page (not SaaS)?

You need a CMS to create and edit landing pages. I understand that it is inappropriate to use a CMS for the sake of a one-pager. But I would like to manage the content of the landing through the CMS. So that you do not have to change the elements of the one-page (product, price, discount, and so on) by changing the html and php code of the page. Therefore, I am looking for a CMS tailored specifically for creating and editing landing pages. Are there any? And are there any good tools for that? I wouldn't want to use SaaS services like "LPGenerator" where you have to pay decent money every month for the ability to manage content. Take opencart as an example.
