Which CMS to choose for an Internet kiosk?

Actually, the question is in the subject. We need an online store, for 20-30 goods maximum. I watched both opencart, and prestashop, and vp + plugins. Everything is not right.
Ideal cms:
- shows current orders;
- allows you to add a product/category of products;
- the product has a description, price and photos;
- there is a basket with the possibility of paying online, choosing a delivery, etc.
Any taxes, discounts and coupons are not needed.
I understand that the question has already been asked a million times, but I never found the perfect cms

Wordpress + WooCommerce (cheap, cheerful, and high quality) + no need to reinvent the wheel)

If it is possible to slightly add functionality for yourself, then
Modx + minishop/shopkeeper
Minus: lack of intelligible documentation (I don’t know how it is with shopkeeper now), but it’s easy to figure it out without docks if you are familiar with modx enough.
I myself am now sawing at a minishop store.
