Which CMS to choose?

Which commercial CMS is best for making websites for web studio clients: for 1) business cards, company websites, blogs; 2) online shopping? I would like to choose a good, well-designed smart CMS.
Selection criteria:
- competent CMS architecture (for long-term work, not being afraid that it will stall under the weight of bugs and for the possibility of its refinement);
- multilingualism and availability of privileges for different user groups;
- high speed of work (so that it is not overloaded with requests even to the detriment of functionality);
- the most basic functions are needed: adding, editing content without any independent change in the menu and other flexible settings (can someone share their experience whether the client needs such functionality, if the web studio itself thinks through everything for the client and provides support: changes in the menu and the like structural changes);
It will also be interesting to know which commercial CMS is better to use for market segments in the English-speaking Internet (Europe, USA).
Advise whether it is advisable to make simple projects on frameworks like Laravel, Symhony, Yii, etc.
ps: good open source solutions will also be interesting

Of course, if their use is justified.
Of the CMS, I only worked with WP and Joomla, the first one can only be rude, the second with jambs, but you can use it, the code is quite decent.

IMHO, frameworks are quite suitable for a web studio. I build almost all sites on Symfony 2.
Yes, the first projects will require much more time than on any of the CMS. But then you will have ready-made modules for all occasions, and for a new online store, business card or something else, you will simply change the template on a ready-made set of components. And any non-standard improvements can be made much easier.
The downside is probably that a programmer for Bitrix and any other CMS is much cheaper than a programmer on good frameworks.

There is also Sulu , which takes Symfony components as a basis

For budget and uncomplicated Modx. For Bitrix or CsCart stores, the second one has a free version.

No. Spend more time and effort, you will not be paid extra for this. An exception is if the customer himself wants to take the framework for the base and is ready to pay.

If you are a studio, I advise you to leave small orders to beginners and schoolchildren, they will focus on serious development.
For Bitrix or Magento stores.
Although I think such a question is not asked by those who have done 2-3 projects.
