I plan to take bets on very specific events. Please tell me CMS with ready-made solutions for the following items:
- Input/output of means of payment;
- Acceptance of bets on events;
- Payments/withdrawal of funds based on the results of events.
Of course, these are very typical functions for a bookmaker, but I didn’t find anything on this topic, no matter how much I searched.

I'm afraid you will not find such a CMS straight, so that it curls with half a kick. I have not seen any CMS with the required (complete) set of functionality for you. Look at CMS for online stores, perhaps you will find those from which you can pull out unnecessary functionality and add the necessary one.
