Which CMS is more suitable for the requirements?

Hi guys.
The requirements are not difficult, but they MUST be solved.
1. Site search.
2. Creation of static pages.
3. Connecting individual design to static pages.
Maybe someone met?
I don’t want to use fat engines, and there is no component in the lungs.

GetSimple is quite suitable for your solution. Very light and simple engine, does not use a database, works very fast, has a good intuitive admin panel, well, it suits your tasks perfectly) WP is too heavy for such a simple solution

If only on the points that you wrote - can you write it yourself? Can be done in a day.
Everything else, as you say, is fat.

Creating static pages is, perhaps, everywhere. The rest are far from primary tasks, and they come to the CMS when more important issues are resolved, the solution of which, according to your specification, classifies the CMS as bold.
Perhaps there are highly specialized CMS implementations that fit the requirements, but they are collected for one or two projects and are not distributed.
You are left with two options:
1. Choose the most suitable CMS from the "fat" ones. Better something popular like WP. Not Joomla, please.
2. Write/order a CMS for your project. Even on a framework. Also it is not necessary a DB on pure files. Use a normal DBMS.

Well modx. Search by plugin alone - thousands of them. Everything else is out of the box.

Would you even say fat - what are they?
So WP can be installed.
