Which cmf to choose for a large project?

Must be collected under a single authorization

• forum,
  
• directory with attached comments on the forum and filled in by users,
  
• wiki,
  
• blogs,
  
• anything else that comes to mind
  

While this is:

• should not slow down on an average server like Drupal and be understandable
  
• there should be multilingual support, at least for the wiki and the interface
  

Writing everything from scratch in a framework is the latest option. But he is also ready to consider if most of the modules are already there.
