Which city in Poland should I go for permanent residence/study as a programmer from Ukraine?

Hello. I would like to go to Poland for study/permanent residence from Ukraine.
What city and university would you recommend in Warsaw / Wroclaw / Krakow (these cities seemed the most attractive to me, but other proposals are also considered)?
How much does it cost to live in the above mentioned cities for 2 people?
Which university can provide real and relevant knowledge for a programmer?
Are there any exchanges / bulletin boards on the Internet where you can at least look at job offers for a web programmer?
I hope I didn't ask too many questions. Thanks in advance to everyone who will pay attention and even more so will give an answer.

only, Warsaw. Accommodation - it all depends on who is a student, or a prog. How would - if you cook yourself and rent a 1-2 room apartment - it's not very expensive. up to $600 per month If you try as a student, then you can get almost free accommodation in apartments for students (residential complexes, again, quarters 1-2 rooms). And so I would advise Minsk-Mazowieck, a quiet little town near Warsaw with a train station. Electric trains run to Warsaw all the time, life is cheaper than in the capital, the infrastructure is developed.

Pay attention to the University of Vistula in Warsaw.
I'm not sure about real and relevant knowledge for a programmer anywhere at all, but there are a lot of Russian speakers in this university. It will be easier to get used to.
