Which camera to choose for outdoor surveillance?

Good afternoon,
we decided with a friend to do a good deed and help our garage community (a lot of break-ins, almost my garage was not damaged) - to make video surveillance for them.
Advise the camera cheaply and a good image, which receiver to use?
Maybe setting it up or something. Any advice would come in handy ...
So about the area itself - two rows of garages, the area is lit by fanors, there is no Internet. The most cheap and high quality - who came across?

Let's first estimate for yourself - what is the distance between the ends of the "row"? What do you want to see - enough silhouette or straight fullhd? how much to store? Cameras, I understand, street?
and this is not called a receiver, but a registrar.

Shortchanged a couple of times garage cooperatives. Cameras need to be placed in pairs of meters every 60. They look, respectively, in opposite directions, otherwise the next problem for you will be the theft of cameras.
Lighting with flashlights in video surveillance is the most vile thing. Lighting is not enough for normal video, the cameras are hellishly pixelated. But at the same time there is a lot of light, and the camera does not go into bw. I recommend installing cameras at the entrance with hardware wdr (it fights against camera blinding by headlights). And the ranks - according to the budget, how much they are ready, d1 or 1mp. A year ago, a row of 200m went to 100-150tr. (For everyone to see). I recommend looking at cameras powered by 24 AC. 12v units (which will have to be installed quite often) require a cabinet with heating. 24ac can simply be thrown into mounting boxes. For vendors, take a look at Beward. But I have a biased attitude and special prices)

Since everything always depends on money, then start from money, form a budget and dance from it, otherwise you risk doing nothing, or maybe even spending money.

Pay attention to TECSAR IPW-1.3M-20F-POE, it has 30m IR illumination and 1.3 MP. extension. You can read about video cameras here.
