Simply because the most important condition for choosing is normal documentation, and at various thematic banking forums it is only about interest rates.
Which bank could be chosen under these criteria:

• Legal entity - IP
  
• I act as an intermediary between several companies and their clients
  
• Payments in the area from 100 rubles - up to 1000 rubles
  
• Payments ~20xK per day in one company (K is the multiplier of the number of companies (so far agreed with 3))
  
• It is necessary to be able to block part of the funds (100 - 1000 rubles) from the client for up to 1-2 days (mainly up to 12 hours)
  
• It would also be nice if there was an option to "remember the card"
  
• The function of automatic transfers to companies (but this is not necessary)
