Which Azure VM to choose for the service?

Hi all. There is a project, the load is about the same as the toaster (publications, comments, profiles ect).
Got a BizSpark subscription yesterday. It's no secret that $150 a month is given. So, which Azure plan should I choose for $150?
Options:

  1. Basic - Series A - A3 - 4 cores - 7GB RAM - 130$/ month
  2. Standard - Series D - D2 - 2 cores - 7GB RAM - SSD 100GB - 126$/ month

I don't think there are any more options. Of course, I chose from Linux, suddenly someone thought about Windows Server -. -
In any case, there are 15-20$ left, how is it better to use them on Azure?
PS All back-end is on Node.js

Take Basic, because. those 100 GB SSDs that are indicated are temporary disks, after restarting the virtual machine it will be cleared. In general, it is suitable only for caching. There is a Premium Storage program, there is already permanent storage on SSD.
And so under BD + App A3, then A1 for scaling the application and TrafficManager for balancing (you can, of course, without it, but it will be more pleasant to scale with it). All machines in a pre-created virtual network and happiness.
1,636.80 - A3
6,547.20 - A1
1,288.98 - 1Tb 675.00
- 25 million DNS
= 10147.98 approximately $158
Slightly over budget, but this is calculated very roughly and in fact will be less.
