Which atom plugin to use to comment div?

Good afternoon! Tell me a plugin for atom.io, so that when creating a div, it would comment on the beginning and end of the div.

If you need to comment when you have already written the div block, then it will not work, there are no such plugins.
But there are a lot of plugins that create a comment before writing a div block.
