Which asp.net book to choose?

The choice is between ASP.NET MVC 5 with C# 5.0 examples for professionals and ASP.NET Core MVC with C# examples for professionals
I think that the second option would be more relevant, the question is whether it will be enough to understand and learn how to do projects on ASP.NET MVC 5 too? Or do both technologies require each of these books?

If the question arose, then it is better to take Development of modern web applications . But since this is an overview book on .NET technologies, you will have to supplement with materials from the Internet, for example, asp.net and metanit.com

I would generally recommend this one (I actively studied it myself when I started developing web applications)
I just didn’t find it in a printed version.
