Which APs are the easiest in terms of entry threshold?

Hello!
I want to move from stamping parsers-checkers in PHP and from the Web in general, to something else, but the need for mandatory OOP in Java, C #, C ++ scares me off, I’m used to writing procedurally in PHP, some kind of barrier and stupor when I see these huge constructions with package, class and method names for a simple variable.
Tell me, what modern and popular programming languages, except for web (JS, AS2), have low entry requirements and it is quite possible to study them on your own in 3-4 months?
Thank you!

There are JPs at the bottom of the image. The fewer stars, the easier.
AS2 is a dead "language", already like 10 years old.
Well, now you can write applications even in JS, even in PHP.
For example, I wrote a task manager for mac on JS
. A good example, the Brackets editor, is implemented on js.
PS
You still have to learn OOP, you want another language, because PHP is difficult for you.
But if it is complicated, and you don’t understand oop, then do stupid layout, I don’t know what else to advise.
