Is there some plugin that will scan Wordpress FTP and list files on FTP that are not from the official WP distribution?
I want to find exactly the new created files not from the distribution.

Wordfence can do exactly what you need.

By date through find it is possible to try. Must have SSH access.

Regardless of wordpress, if you are on linux and have ssh access, then maldet can find a lot. It can also be run on a schedule.
