Which android phone to buy with call recording in 2020?

I used redmi4x (miui) - it had a built-in function for recording negotiations. I bought a new redmi 8 (miui) - it has no call recording. They write on the Internet that the function of recording conversations is cut out in Android 9.
I ask for advice - which phone to buy - mandatory requirements: android, diagonal no more than 5.5", fingerprint entry, and call recording.

Mi 9SE is definitely there

In some new Xiaomi phones, the recording function is indeed missing, but it still works on Huawei and Honor. Including on Android 9 and 10. True, not out of the box, you will have to install a separate application. See this site for more details + download link.
