Which analogue of Notifier for Twitter to choose?

I have been using the extension for Google Chrome - Notifier for Twitter for a long time . The main thing I like about it is the pop-up notifications for new tweets (with the ability to quickly jump to them):

And most importantly, real-time updates. No "update every X minutes". The notification appears "as soon as so immediately".
Unfortunately, the author abandoned the development of this extension (and there are serious flaws). I tried to find analogues, but what I needed was not found. It doesn't have to be a browser extension. The functionality I need is pop-up notifications and real-time updates. Unfortunately, not a single extension or application that I found (including the official Twitter application for Modern UI) implements this functionality to the fullest.
What can you advise me?
