Which 2D engine to choose for iOS development, if you plan to port it to Android?

It is planned to develop an application, primarily for iOS. You will need:
- a fully drawn interface
- the simplest hinged animation of objects (a little).
Sparrow-Framework is closest to me, everything you need is available in it, excellent solution architecture, code readability.
However, there is a desire to someday see this program for both Android and Windows Phone.
Maybe in this light it is worth looking at something cross-platform? What would you recommend to pay attention to?

I'm afraid to seem like a heretic, but maybe MonoGame? This is such a port of XNA, it has been working fine with 2D for a long time.
