Where would you recommend migrating from Digitalocean?

Due to new circumstances, there are thoughts of moving with Digitalocean after 8 years.
There are no questions to DO, but:
1) It is possible to block an account from the Russian Federation,
2) It has become corny expensive. It used to be 5 bucks at 35 rubles, now it's 7 bucks ($5 + 20% VAT) at 120 rubles (150 in some exchangers).
3) In a couple of days, the ability to pay will disappear, since a visa, mastercard, google pay ...

In this regard, advise a good VPS / VDS service, payment for which is in rubles, the physical location of the servers is not critical.
