Where to upload smart contract (.sol) and bot (web3.js)?

I wrote a smart contract (.sol) that redistributes money to other wallets. And I want to write a web3.js bot that scans the ethereum wallet and sends money to this contract.
I need this so that when selling my NFTs on OpenSea, money from my Metamask is transferred to the contract, and the contract itself transfers money to the necessary wallets.
Question: Where to upload the smart contract (.sol) and bot (web3.js)?

PS Here is the site being uploaded to the hosting. I know this because I am a front-end developer. But I have no idea where to upload the smart contract (.sol) and bot (web3.js).
