Where to store videos and files for telegram bot?

I am developing a bot that shows small video clips (movie trailers) on request.
Each video is 10-30mb, only about 30gb.
It is important that the video is played in the telegram window, without going to external sites.
Resources like youtube, vimeo are not suitable - videos can be blocked.
I look in the direction of the VPS, but the majority have a ~ 100Mbps channel, but this is not enough.
Advise fast vps or maybe there are some solutions for storing and quickly transporting content.
The lower the budget, the better.
