Where to store python data?

Good afternoon! I have a question.
I have the following course assignment: Development of an anonymous survey of people.
That is, the questions themselves are such a thing. I can't figure out where I should store poll statistics? And how to design a database for it.
For example, there is a question:
1) What time of year is it now?
(here, as it were, 4 radio buttons).
And in the statistics to display the results of such a plan:
1) The text of the question.
- 1st option (n answers)
-2 option (n answers).
Etc.
