I am creating a game-themed website, the question arose where to upload hundreds of gigabytes of games (zip archives) for further download by users? Tell me what's best to do.

What's wrong with a torrent? you give the client a .torrent file merged from some tracker.
Alternative option:
Amazon cloud
https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/home
and also:
GoogleDrive
SkyDrive
DropBox
YandexDrive
Or order vds with 100gb+ space on hard, and preferably unlimit traffic and a wide channel of at least 100mb/s. And distribute directly from it. Which I really don't recommend.
