Where to store files uploaded by users on the site?

Hello! Now I'm thinking about the right thing to do. There is a small site where users will upload files up to 1GB. Accordingly, to store such volumes on hosting is blasphemy. So, what is the right way to store this data? Files are both uploaded and downloaded by other users.
