Where to start OpenGL?
At the interview, I was given a test task - to write a program that is simple in terms of functionality, but it is obligatory - C ++ and OpenGL.
I started by googling "opengl where to start", found N articles, but was embarrassed by the copious amount of comments like "Material is outdated" or "Who needs this bearded Opengl x version".

1) If the task is simply to develop a program: use the ready-made Ogre engine .
2) If the task is to learn Opengl from scratch, then it is better to take the libraries from here: https://www.opengl.org/sdk/libs/
