Where to start learning scala?

There was a task - to learn scala slick and spray. Advise where to start, resources/books, etc.

Oderski's book + off docks + a lot of practice. And I also advise you to make examples along the way and dig them deeper, so you better understand the rock itself. I worked with a rock for a year, there were always enough off-docs, but I started with the course on the courser https://www.coursera.org/course/progfun ( almost everything is translated on the rutracker + on coursera.abbyy-ls.com ).
