Where to start learning python data analysis?

I am learning python. Interesting data analytics. I noticed that many educational sites offer online training on this topic, but on average, prices start at 60 thousand rubles.
First, is it worth spending so much money, or is it better to start learning on your own? If on your own, where do you start learning?

Let's start from the end.
"If on your own, where to start studying?" - everything is clear and unambiguous. If you want to learn on your own , then you need to start, of course, with learning to independently search for the necessary information on the network. At least with the help of Google. And then - independent decision-making.
"is it worth spending so much money, or is it better to start studying on your own"- in general, to become a specialist, you need to spend a lot of time. Nobody canceled the 1000 hour rule. Especially in such a "brain-intensive" direction as Data Science. There are people who are discussing whether a phD level is necessary to consider oneself a data scientist, or a master's level in a specialized specialty is enough. So be sure to include "higher education" in your list of alternatives to consider. And maybe that should be the first option. And if for some reason it does not work out, then move on to the next.
"prices start from 60 thousand rubles."- actually quite humane. You, when you become a specialist, do not want to work for free. That's what people want too. Here you need to look not at the price tag, but at who and what will tell you. If yesterday's student or person without experience (by the way, both professional and methodical) - then I would not pay. And if these are people with famous names, famous lecturers, famous developers (really famous and authoritative, and not those who consider themselves to be such), then the price for the opportunity to personally ask a question, personally learn something from him is very adequate. So you have to look carefully here.
Well, one more thing - if you want to specialize in Data Analytics (and in programming, by the way, too) - do not forget about English.

Good afternoon! Yandex.Practicum
has a course on data analytics. In this course, the first module is free. It will help you understand what's what. I started with him. I also liked the Udemy course " Python Data Parsing and Analysis " by ITtensive . It is paid, costs less than 1000 rubles. Practice oriented. I also joined the OpenDataScience (ODS) community on Slack (link found here). ODS has a whole channel (thread) dedicated to learning with tons of free stuff. In the same place, in Slack, there are vacancies and just a sea of different information. I will not list the rest of the numerous sources, books. Everyone has his own path.
For myself, I realized that it is difficult for me to take long courses of 6-18 months. Motivation declines after the second month. I prefer short learning materials.
