Where to start junu in the backend?

Good day everyone. For me, an urgent question arose in terms of technology, namely where to enter to start.
I go through test tasks sent by companies. Some cms - ki in the work (bitrix, drupal, wordpress). Others have yii2, laravel, etc. frameworks. As a result, I know something in one, something in another.
So for myself to the end and I can’t decide where to start, from the framework or cms. In what cases to apply all these technologies I know everything. I'm interested in something else. As you advise (experienced developers on the backend), where to start the deep dive. Study cms, start working on them little by little, and then how it goes. Or is it still worth starting with the framework?

If you want to become a programmer, learn languages first (PHP, SQL, plus at least basic JS, HTML), then a framework.
If you want to become a craftsman, like a shoemaker 100 years ago, learn CMS.

It is better to train on tests with frameworks, they have the same base of approaches, starting to understand the architecture of frameworks, it is much easier to go further or write normal code on the CMS (the CMS is not bad in itself, just no one sets themselves the goal of writing long-lived and supported projects on them). In parallel, you need to improve the knowledge of competent OOP

Considering that almost no one hires juniors anyway, they only take talented guys for growth, then anywhere. Unless Bitrix is probably worth avoiding.
Well, yes, a jone is one who had or has experience in this position. Before that, you're not even a trainee

Do not pay attention to CMs. Unless you open a Wordpress blog for posting your notes... It's
best to start with symfony right away, I think. The documentation is good, there are plenty of tutorials on the Internet. The book is also there. Let it be difficult, but it will give you development. Well, Eliseev's course on Symfony is good, let's say. gives you a quick start.

I recommend that you start learning October CMS . It is based on Laravel. Yes, many solutions are different (API CMS over API framework), but knowledge of October is 80% knowledge of Laravel. Starting right away with a framework will obviously be more difficult. And with the help of October, you get such a "soft" entry into the world of Laravel.
At the same time, you will master two tools, each of which solves its own problems. CMS - more or less typical (but with a very large margin of customization, framework - more custom).
Good luck!
PS I don't know how Joomla is doing, but MODX is dying. Starting to study it now, of course, for some time you can become a specialist in a "peaceful" system, where over time there will be a shortage of personnel and it will be possible to raise the price tag. But at the same time, you will invest in studying, not only a dying product, but also with a carload of your "in house" solutions, thus. the knowledge gained while working with MODX, outside of its ecosystem, is not needed by anyone for the most part.
