Where to start in the study of cryptography and cryptocurrencies?

Please advise materials, books in Russian, English (no difference). SHA256, RIPEMD160, Merkle trees, hashing algorithms. Books that give a fundamental understanding of these things, down to mathematics. Many thanks in advance!
PS I'm not quite a teapot :) More advanced literature if that)
