Where to start and what to read on the topic 'smart light bulb development'?

I want to make (buy? get?) a complex of a light sensor, a volume sensor, a light bulb and some controller that knows how to use the simplest logic, which will be able to turn on the light bulb when entering the room if the condition for the current time and, probably, the light level is met.
I'm not sure about the volume sensor, it seems to me that its connection to the complex will be difficult (for a person who formulates something with difficulty so far).
At least to connect a light bulb, a microcontroller and electricity in order to be able to program the controller and somehow "hello_word" the light bulb would be very cool.
I don't want to start from the basics and read a textbook on electronics, I'm too old :) Surely, it's all googled.

There are ready-made solutions for a "smart home", but they still need to be connected, if you don't want to study yourself, contact someone who knows how, you should have made an acquaintance a long time ago.
And if you do it yourself, then an Arduino from Aliexpress for five hundred rubles is enough, an electromagnetic relay, perhaps one MOSFET type transistor (Arduino will "open" the transistor, and it will be a relay), a power supply for Arduino and it will also "open" the relay, and the light bulbs. And how to connect all this, this is absolutely the basics, and yes, everything is "googled", including everything that is in the textbook on electronics.
