Where to start (and how to continue) learning artificial intelligence (Lisp/Clojure)?

Hello.
I apologize in advance for the noobness of the question.
I really want to pick up the topic "artificial intelligence" at my leisure, but I don't know where to start. Googled. It seems like there are a lot of different materials around, but you can’t put together a certain program in a bunch.
I would really like to have materials in the Clojure language, because this is Lisp, and there is no better language for AI (well, except maybe prolog).
Why do I need artificial intelligence? For pleasure. And to be honest, I want to build someday a robot that can talk to me or wash the dishes. Well, you understand, a typical dream of so many fantasy lovers. But to be realistic, the primary task is a bot that can keep up the conversation and not deviate from the topic of conversation.
So, summarizing:
- Where to start learning AI?
- What are the materials on this topic?
- Are there materials related to the Clojure language?
What is the best order to study these materials?

Artificial intelligence is such a broad topic that it is not even an applied area, but rather a set of different technologies used in various fields. Therefore, it is better for you to first decide on the application area in which you are going to apply AI. This will answer the rest of your questions.
PS Even the very definition of AI can vary in different areas.

Silly stereotype. It is better to take a python.
