Where to start after scaffolding with yo?

For the first time I create a project structure using yeomanyu. I selected the supposedly necessary packages during installation (angular, jquery, bootstrap etc), launched gulp serve and everything is ok, but I have no idea where to start. Suppose after gulp build in the dist folder I want to get just a one-page site laid out on bootstrap using scss, but then in which file should I markup and in which style should I write so that after the build everything is as it should be?
