Where to see open tabs on other devices in Google Chrome?

Good time of the day.
My wife's phone broke, tabs were open in synchronized chrome (about 40).
We dropped the phone, logged in to chrome. Shows history, bookmarks, but does not show open tabs (Writes here tabs from other devices will appear). Although if you go to Settings -> Authorized user name -> Synchronization (follow the link below) -> Synchronized management... Then we will see that the tabs from the broken phone are stored on the server:

And during the search for a solution on the PC and phone, they even are added there.
How can you get them out of there?
Thanks in advance for your replies

the author, solved the riddle?
Google and Habr say that they can be seen by opening a new masonry on the PC, and somewhere there in some menu, the Other Devices item should appear,
but as I just haven’t tried, even in incognito mode, but so I didn’t see such an item anywhere ..
how did I get sick of it .. wow
ps: I rummaged through the Google help forum on this problem, but I didn’t find such a solution there either .. the closest one is here https://support.google.com/ chrome/forum/AAAAP1KN0B...
well, yes, the item Other devices (Other Devices) seems to have been gone for a long time already, it was supposedly transferred to history ..
yes, tabs open on other devices are shown here chrome://history/syncedTabs
but this is only on currently really open devices ..
but what is in the synchronization control - they cannot be found and cannot be removed in any way ...

@JustMoose

Two options.
1. press Ctrl-H in chrome and click on "Tabs from other devices" on the left.
2. go to the google account, probably here https://myaccount.google.com/dashboard , look for chrome on the dashboard, on the plate in the lower right corner, click on the ellipsis and "download data". From the received zip, we rake out the history and use it to restore open tabs.
