On Heroku you can, but MongoDB support is paid there ($19/month). Where to start a server for free?
- For what if there is localhost?
To show someone other than yourself.

Conditionally free, on Beget start an account at the minimum rate. You can deploy an application on node.js.
It will cost 100 rubles per month, maybe a little more. You can also store websites there.
