Nowhere. For .ru/.su/.rf zones - the requirement of the technical registrar (zone operator) - the presence of passport data. Yes, you can dig up the passport of the homeless Vasya and register on it. If the project is junk - shit and forget - you can do it. If the project is valuable, then at any controversial moment you simply cannot prove that the domain is yours. And the problems - all of a sudden - can outweigh the non-anonymity...
