The structure is relatively new, little studied, there is not even a wiki article in Russian yet. English-language texts are directly full of mathematical and specialized vocabulary. Let not in Russian, but at least in a popular presentation (in order to start somewhere), advise. Not a wavelet transform as a spectral analysis, but a wavelet tree as a data structure. Struct properties, methods and asymptotics of these methods?
