Where to read about the Javolution library?

Rummaged all Google, is there a good example of using this library somewhere, any information (preferably in Russian) or documentation?
I saw the use of this library in one of the projects, so far I realized that this is a library for real-time. And how it works, what it contains, I can not understand.
