Where to put WebSocket in Laravel 5?

Hello!
There is a code that works with web sockets and processes the data that came through the web socket. Code (i.e. open connection to remote server via websockets) can be run very many times.
Where is the best place to put this code? In Commands, Jobs, Listeners?
