Where to put extension using h.264 codec in Sony Vegas 13?

Hello. There is a specification for the video: File format: mp4, codec
: h.264, bitrate: 25 Mbit
using the h.264 codec Does
Sony Vegas provide this kind of format/codec mapping or am I wasting my time?

First, MP4 is not an "extension" (more precisely, not just a file extension), but a container.
Secondly, in the render format selection dialog, in the Output Format section, select either MainConcept AVC / AAC or Sony AVC / MVC (this is the choice of container), and then select and edit the preset as desired, where you can select the video codec settings , its bitrate, audio codec, etc.
Thanks to the stupidity of the developers at Sony, there is not a word about h.264, but this is it.
On the other hand, if you want to use not the codec built into Vegas, but the codec installed in the system, first output everything to AVI using it, and then take at least ffmpeg, at least handbrake, and remux the streams from it into an MP4 container without recompression.
